For orders over R500:

  • Standard Shipping: Free (paid by us)
  • Express Shipping: Live rate + R50 surcharge (customer’s cost)

Tracking

Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can assist you with a claim through the courier.
